The affairs of the Association are controlled by the Namaf management, which consists of seven members, who serve on the management for a three-year period. The day-to-day affairs of Namaf are managed by the Executive Officer.
In order to keep abreast of what is happening in the healthcare funding industry in SADC countries, as well as on an international level, senior representatives of Namibian Medical Aid Funds, Namaf management and the Executive Officer regularly attend healthcare conferences hosted by Namaf, BHF and FHF (International Federation of Health Funds).
